1. Steel Support Plate: One-piece formed from cold-rolled steel sheet through stamping and bending, with a rust-resistant electrostatic powder-coated finish.
2. Folding Mechanism: Both sides of the table feature one-piece die-cast aluminum-alloy connectors with a rust-resistant electrostatic powder-coated finish. The internal folding system consists of a high-strength, wear-resistant powder-metallurgy alloy latch, aluminum core, and spring mechanism. A hexagonal tubular drive shaft connects the aluminum cores, while an integrated ABS rotary switch is fitted on the outside. The table can be folded easily by turning the switch on either side.
3. Table Legs: Welded construction combining cold-rolled steel plates and steel tubes, finished with rust-resistant electrostatic powder coating. Equipped with multidirectional PU casters with brakes.
4. Crossbeam: Ø50 mm cold-rolled round steel tube with a wall thickness of 1.0 mm and a rust-resistant electrostatic powder-coated finish.
5. Book Rack: Constructed from injection-molded plastic components and round steel tubes, with a rust-resistant electrostatic powder-coated finish.
6. Panels: Melamine-faced E0-grade particle board with PVC edge banding. The desktop is 25 mm thick, and the modesty panel is 15 mm thick.
